What I found,In a little box
A gem profound
Under the rocks
I grabbed the ice,
Much like a child
With sparkling eyes
Thoughts running wild
Enticed by its shine,
Was trapped in a trance
My heart would pine
For just a another glance
I sat by the trees,
Staring at my find
An inner peace
Engulfing my mind
The joy it brought
In depths of my soul
Was it my thought?
Taking its toll
As time passes by
Wisdom prevails,
Cause the heart never lies
Where the mind fails
